This style of classes is unique and I cater to a small clientele, why is this the ideal Studio for you?

Have you done Pilates before? If yes, what form of Pilates (reformer, clinical, mat or classical). Where did you practise? For how long?

To benefit from these classes, clients train at least twice a week, is this possible for you (within the Trinity Pilates scheduled opening hours)?

Most clients utilise a recurring booking (same days/times each week), will this be an option for you? If so, please note your ideal days & times to attend classes. (Closed Sunday & Monday)
