Pricing

All new clients must start with an Initial Consultation, which includes a discussion of your needs and goals and an introduction to the Authentic Pilates Method. If you choose to join a Semi-Private class, you will be required to attend 4 Private sessions prior to joining the group class in order to familiarise yourself with the apparatus and your individual program.
