Trinity Pilates operates on a weekly permanent booking schedule. Clients must create a permanent booking which fits into their Schedule and attend the session unless cancelled within the relevant timeframe.

Clients are recommended to attend 2 classes a week for optimum results. Preference in session times will be given to clients attending twice a week.

Private, Duet and Semi-Private classes run for 1 hour, this is inclusive of clean up time. Short Private classes run for 30 minutes, this is inclusive of clean up time.

All booked sessions must be cancelled within 24 hours through the online booking system, in person, by email or by telephone. Cancellations made out of this time frame will be charged as a Late Cancellation.

Late Cancellation/No Show Fee - all Classes will be charged the full session fee of the session unless a make-up session is organised.

A make-up session is offered if you reschedule and attend the session within a week of the late cancellation and there is an available session in the schedule.

The New Client Offer must be completed within 2 weeks and can only be purchased once by an individual unless purchasing for someone else as a gift.

Clients may not attend any class unless paid before the class.

All payments are non-refundable or transferable.

All prices include GST.

All classes must be booked in advance.

All packs are automatically suspended during Studio closure over the Christmas/New Year period, other holidays periods as notified or for emergency situations.

Packs may be suspended by the client if away for holidays or due to sickness.

Semi-Private Classes require a minimum of 2 clients for the class to run. If a Small Group Class has only 1 client in attendance, that client will receive a 30 minute Short Private Class at that time or can attend a group class at a different time, subject to the preference of the client. When possible, the client will be notified in advance.
